means that the website you are looking at has an RSS feed. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It’s a way of having new content on the internet come to you, instead of having to chase it by going to all the websites you are interested in.
It’s a great way to keep up with blogs and news websites. Here’s a quick video explaining Google Reader, which I use to keep up with RSS feeds.
